HOW THE MOTION FORK WORKS ?

The MOTION fork is incomparable with other suspensions on the market. Its antidive behavior is a major advance that allows you to keep your travel in any situation and have a better grip. Your fork is just what it is meant to be! For more information, visit the section TECHNO on our website.

HOW TO MOUNT AND SET MY MOTION FORK ?

The mounting and settings are simplified so you can only ride. All information is available through this link.

HOW TO REGISTER MY PRODUCT ?

To register your product, you must log in to your personal account and then click in the MY WARRANTY PRODUCTS LIST section. Then, you will need to register the 3 serial numbers that correspond to FRAME, WAVE and FLOW.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE FORK IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY FRAME ?

Just make sure that with your current fork, you can make it a complete turn on itself without typing in the frame. The crown of the Motion is the same size as a telescopic fork. The models with bumpers glued to the frames to prevent the fork turning on itself are not compatible with our fork: TREK bikes in particular have this system.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN WE TEST THE MOTION PRODUCTS ?

We offer 3 solutions:

CAN WE CHANGE THE FORK TRAVEL ?

Changing the travel of your fork requires changing the main part of your fork. We do not recommend it because this operation is long and expensive. If you still want to do it, contact us or one of our partners.

DOES IT EXIST ONE WAVE PER WEIGHT ?

We offer as standard a 7mm thick blade that covers a wide range of weights. Depending on your weight, we can offer you alternatives.

SERVICE and REPAIRS

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAINTAIN MY FORK MOTION ?

Our fork does not require any specific maintenance. Everything is described in our manual that you can download on the page SERVICE.

HOW TO REPAIR MY SUSPENSION MOTION ?

You must contact us or directly the Service Center of your country: see this page to know the good contact.
You do not have to do it yourself but you have to check MOTION via contact@motion-ride.com or one of our authorized partners.

HOW TO WASH MY MOTION SUSPENSION ?

When cleaning your MOTION suspension, clean it by hand with a soft brush or a sponge soaked in mild soap and water. Do not use a strong jet of water directly to the pivot points to avoid damaging the bearings, seals and bushings.

You have in your hands a unique suspension that will give you wings. You are now part of the MOTION team and we will take care of you as close as possible. You can contact us every day, we will do our best to satisfy you.

2 YEARS GUARANTEE ON ALL PARTS OF THE FORK

During the first 2 years, all parts of your fork are under guarantee. This includes bearings, bushings, seals ...

If you have a problem with your fork and you want to operate your guarantee, send us an email to contact@motion-ride.com indicating the serial number of your frame, the description of the problem you have encountered and in what situation with supporting photos. Your product must be registered before via your personal space.

PRODUCT RETURN

Within 30 days after receipt of your product, if you are not satisfied, we will refund you in full or exchange it. The cost of shipping the product back to MOTION will not be refunded. If you want more details, it's HERE.
